Dream Con, in partnership with Martian Blueberry, is excited to launch an open Voice Actor Search, spotlighting emerging and undiscovered voice talent. This search is designed to identify versatile voices, strong performers, and creative storytellers who can bring characters to life across genres.

Whether you’re auditioning or pulling up to watch future voice acting stars take the stage, this is set to be one of Dream Con’s most exciting NEW events yet!

Who This is For
We’re looking for:
- Aspiring and emerging voice actors
- Performers with strong character instincts and vocal flexibility
- Creators who can convey emotion, personality, and story through voice
You do NOT need professional demo reels, agents, or studio-quality equipment to participate.
Age Requirements:
Applicants must be 18 years or older to participate.
In Person Requirements:
Selected participants MUST be available to attend Dream Con in person to advance in the Voice Actor Search. Dream Con and/or Martian Blueberry will NOT provide badges, travel or lodging for participants.
What We’re Evaluating
Submissions will be reviewed based on:
Originality: Distinct voices and creative choices
Acting ability: Emotional clarity, character believability
Range: Ability to shift tone, style, or personality
Creativity: How you interpret and approach the challenge

- All submissions must be original performances
- One submission per applicant
By submitting your video, you acknowledge that:
- Your submission is for evaluation purposes only
- You retain ownership of your performance
- Dream Con and Martian Blueberry may review, internally share, and reference submissions solely in connection with the Voice Actor Search.
- Submission does NOT guarantee selection, employment, or future work.
