REMINDER: Programming reservations will NOT be facilitated via the official Dream Con Mobile App. That platform will only be used as a secondary resource to build your potential schedule. TIXR PIXL PASS will be the primary reservation system for Dream Con 2025 Programming RSVP. Attendees must use TIXR and the TIXR PIXL PASS companion software to participate in programming reservations for activities with limited capacities. Additional instructions and guidelines will be enclosed below. Reservations do not guarantee entry if you arrive late to the programming. In the best effort to begin programming on time, RSVPs are valid until 15 minutes prior to the event start time. Beyond that timeframe an RSVP may be deemed null and voided by the associates operating the doors of the event.

**APril 2025 UPDATE**
As this convention continues to grow in both size and diversity of programming, the Dream Con event leadership has made a commitment to continue investing in technologies that streamline and enhance the experience of programming reservations. Over the last several months coordinators have been working diligently to conceive a new system from the ground up that better addresses the needs of our attendees rather than relying on the adaption of existing systems to Dream Con's unique policies, protocol, and culture. The previous RSVP system iterations with Leap Conventions and the Guidebook mobile app were critical stepping stones in learning the behaviors and expectations of our community. Now, in direct collaboration with TIXR, Dream Con coordinators are proud to announce a new programming reservation system tentatively titled "TIXR PIXL PASS" which is entering an open BETA exclusively for Dream Con 2025. This is a new service/feature from our ticketing partner that we anticipate will scale up with the convention over the next few years.
The link to this new system will be live via https://dreamconvention.com/rsvp-2025 and will be publicly viewable and accessible on May 9th at 9:00 am CDT. PLEASE NOTE: This date is solely for attendees to explore the new software and get acquainted with its features. Reservations for confirmed programming (i.e. meet and greets, sporting events, main stage events etc.) will not begin being publicly accessible until Monday, May 12th as previously established on this web page.
REMINDER: This custom reservation system is unprecedented territory for our new ticketing partner TIXR. Therefore users may experience technical issues with their accounts and should report all instances to support@tixr.com. Private or public outreach via social media may result in delayed response or limited resolution options as the personnel behind those platforms do not have the access or capabilities to address such issues. TIXR is also currently working to generate an FAQ to assist users as they navigate the new system and will be open to feedback via their channels. Their team will be logging requests and troubleshooting scenarios on a rolling basis. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation with this process. Please respect the TIXR team's time and talents as they work to optimize this experience for our community.
NOTE: Although TIXR did not/does not require a virtual queue for the purchase of admission badges on their main site, customer support technicians may implement a virtual queue for programming reservations via TIXR PIXL PASS to manage user expectations and regulate system bandwidth.

Programming reservations are an important event feature to mitigate crowding and long wait times for high demand activities. Not all programming activities require a reservation but are typically noted on the official schedule via the Dream Con mobile app if necessary for attendance.

REMINDERS: All participants must have a purchased or complimentary admission badge confirmation QR code which is acquired via an email from TIXR. All participants must have both a TIXR account and a TIXR PIXL PASS account. If guest checkout was used for the initial purchase you must return to the main TIXR site and register for an account; the system will automatically connect your previous purchase with the newly created account IF THE INFORMATION IS EXACTLY THE SAME. If you misspelled your email address when using guest checkout you will not be able to participate in RSVP sessions and must contact support@tixr.com for assistance before completing any next steps. If you received a complimentary badge without having a pre-existing account then you must also create an account with the same information and the system will link your assets together for implementation.
PROCESS: After acquiring a badge from Dream Con's TIXR page, please visit https://dreamconvention.com/rsvp-2025, create an account, and login to the system. When you login into the TIXR PIXL PASS system please open the main menu (i.e. the three horizontal lines in the top right corner) then select the “Events” option from the drop-down menu. NOTE: If viewing on a mobile device you may need to adjust or resize your browser window to see the main menu in the top right corner. Select the "Dream Con 2025" event then scroll down to see what programming is publicly available. Use the eye icons to get detailed information about a specific activity. When you're ready to confirm a selection, press the rectangular blue button labeled "Add to Schedule". You will prompted via a pop-up window to select how many reservation you would like to redeem for this specific activity. Please note you will not be permitted to claim a quantity of programming reservations that exceeds the number of eligible admission badge confirmations/QR codes registered via your TIXR account. Confirm the desired amount of RSVP tickets you would like to redeem by selecting the rectangular black button labeled "RESERVE" then the RSVP will be finalized and complete for that specific activity. Attendees can review what they have successfully reserved by opening the main menu (i.e. the three horizontal lines in the top right corner) and navigating back to the "BADGE" page then looking under the "show details" section or instead selecting "DASHBOARD" and scrolling to the bottom to see their confirmed schedule of RSVP programming. Contact support@tixr.com for clarity with the process, assistance with technical issues, or suggedtions for improvement.
When attendees arrive on-site, please have all your TIXR PIXL PASS QR codes available digitally or via printed document to be scanned by a coordinator or security personnel at the door. These can be found by opening the main menu (i.e. the three horizontal lines in the top right corner) then selecting the “Badges” option. From there use the “SHOW DETAILS” button to see which of your RSVP selections have been confirmed. The blue “TICKET” button can also be used to review or share this information.
IF i have an RSVP HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO STAND IN LINE?
Unfortunately, the length of time waiting in line will vary between events/activities. This can range from 30 minutes to several hours depending on the circumstances. RSVPs are meant to reduce that occurrence but ultimately everyone has free will and can elect to wait however long they wish. The length of time an attendee chooses to wait does not entitle them to entry especially if they are not in possession of a pre-existing programming reservation. Everyone is encouraged to maximize their autonomy and time by finding alternative programming without extensive wait times.
Will there be Standby lines FOR PEOPLE WITH NO RSVP? what about ada? what about premium?
There will be standby lines in Hall B, which is the queuing area for Main Stage & Special Events Stage. Dream Con Staff will use their discretion to evaluate standby lines for additional spaces in the interest of crowd safety. NOTE: Standby lines have limited capacity therefore attendees may be turned away. The length of time attendee chooses to wait (either in the standby line or elsewhere in the vicinity) does not entitle them to entry especially if they are not in possession of a pre-existing programming reservation. Everyone is encouraged to maximize their autonomy and time by finding alternative programming without excessive wait times.
ADA queue lines will be available for all major programming areas, but an RSVP is still required where applicable. If you have questions regarding the location of the line queue, please speak with a Dream Con staff member.
what IF i AM A CREATOR/SPONSOR/FAMILY/FRIEND with a special badge type?
Unfortunately the standard policy and protocol will apply. We encourage you to participate in the standard processes. Volunteers, security, room monitors, and event coordinators are not authorized to provide special access or privileges based on a verbal agreements or assumed relationships. Please contact the event leadership directly for assistance if you are looking for assistance or an exception in writing in advance of an activity/event.
Do Premium BADGE-HOLDERS need to RSVP for Activities featured on the Main stage or in the on-site Sports Arena?
No. There are two (2) programming spaces where PREMIUM BADGES are NOT required to have an RSVP QR code. For activities featured on the MAIN STAGE (i.e. “HALL A”) and ON-SITE ALL-STAR SPORTS spaces (i.e. “GENERAL ASSEMBLY”), Premium badge holders DO NOT need to show an RSVP QR Code to access those events but please note time restrictions do apply. Additional details enclosed below.
With a Premium badge, you must enter the PRIORITY LINE for the Main Stage or the on-site Sports Arena. The priority line for the Main Stage can be found in the Hall B Queue Room. The priority line for the on-site Sports Arena can be found in Room 340. Upon reaching the front of either priority line, instead of showing a QR code simply make your PREMIUM BADGE clearly visible to the room monitors/event coordinators then enter the programming if capacity is not full. NOTE: Please briefly pause, stop walking, then wait for the room monitor/security/event coordinators to acknowledge and inspect the PREMIUM BADGE in your possession BEFORE proceeding into the room. A quick flash while continuously walking in stride with a badge that is 50% obscured or more is not acceptable. Premium badges from previous years are NOT acceptable. Multiple attendees using the same individual premium badge for entry is NOT acceptable even if they all arrive at the same time. Each person must have their own premium badge in their immediate possession that is easily visible to the room monitor/security/event coordinator. One premium badge cannot be used for entry authorization of multiple people regardless of their relationship or affiliation.
The Main Stage doors open 90 minutes prior to an event start time. Once inside, all seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no designated premium badge seating.
The On-site Sports Arena doors open 90 minutes prior to All-Star events. Once inside, all seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no designated premium badge seating.
The Standby line (for attendees with no RSVP QR code confirmation) will be allowed to enter 30 minutes before the event begins if capacity has not been reached. Any Premium badge-holders arriving within 30 minutes of the event start time will continue to be admitted (via the priority line) on a priority basis but are not guaranteed a seat if the room has filled to capacity. Please do not walk to the front of the doors without getting into one of the designated lines.
Do Premium badge-holders need to RSVP for activities featured on the Special Events Stage, Dream Stage, Gaming Stage, and Meet & Greets Room A?
Yes, if an RSVP is required in these areas for a specific activity then a premium badge holder must comply and also be in possession of the necessary qr code. You may still enter via the priority line for these areas (if applicable as some areas such as Meet and Greets do NOT have a prioirity line) but instead of showing only your badge you must also show the RSVP QR code that is applicable to the event/activity you wish to attend like all other attendees/badge types.
NOTE: Although Meet & Greets B and Meet and Greets C are located in the Exhibit Hall and DO NOT require an RSVP, premium badge holders DO NOT have a perk/reward/benefit that authorizes them to cut the line or receive priority access for those activities.
How DO I KNOW IF MY RSVP SELECTION IS CONFIRMED?

How MANY RESERVATIONS CAN I MAKE?
This will vary between different types of badges and from year to year depending on several factors including how many badges an attendee has registered to an individual account. When you login into the TIXR PIXL PASS system please open the main menu (i.e. the three horizontal lines in the top right corner) then select the “Badges” option. You should see a line that says: "Registered Panel: 0 of <insert number here> selected.” The second number you see in that line is the maximum number of reservations that the specific badge will be allotted for the entire event across all three (3) days.
CAN i CAncel MY RESERVATION BEFORE OR AFTER ITS BEEN SCANNED?
After a RSVP QR code has been scanned, the "Remove From Schedule" button associated with the confirmation will become semi-transparent and no longer be usable. Before a RSVP code has been scanned it can be released and claimed by any eligible badge type up to two hours before an event starts and scanning QR codes begins at the door.
I have MULTIPLE badges BUT WAS UNABLE to CONFIRM reservations for EVERYONE IN MY GROUP. what are my options?
Programming Reservations are available in limited quantities and not guarantied to all eligible participants due to each room's specific capacities mandated by the property management and Fire Marshall. Either proceed with the confirmed reservations or release them to the public for others to claim.
"I got a reservation but my child/dependent didn't and they are too young to be alone." or "my child/dependent got a reservation but i didn't and they are too young to be alone."
Be advised you are responsible for ensuring they have supervision both outside and inside a programming room regardless of the circumstance. If that entails abstaining from participation in scheduled programming to prioritize their safety/security then coordinators respect and encourage that choice. Minors such as toddlers that meet the age policy outlined in the website registration FAQ permitting entry to the event-at-large without an admission badge may sit on your lap without having a separate programming reservation.
My FRIEND/FAMILY/coworker/AIDE/CHAPEROnE didn't get a reservation and we need to stay together.
If you are unable to redeem a reservation and would like to remain as a group it would be the responsibility of your friend, family, or other associate to abstain from participating in an RSVP event to maintain the group’s proximity and affiliation. It is not the convention’s responsibility to grant entry to a person without a reservation to connect with their group since there are likely hundreds of attendees with similar circumstances that also cannot all be accommodated due to the limited nature of this opportunity.
What if I don't have my confirmation email because someone else bought my badge?
If you do not have a copy of the email with the QR code, you will need to contact the person who bought your badges and ask them to forward you the original confirmation web page. This is non-negotiable. More information to assist with this may be available close to the show dates.
Will my friends/family and I be able to sit together?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee all members of a group will be able to sit together. If this is a priority for you, event coordinators recommend arriving with your entire party in line well in advance of the programming's schedule commencement.
are attendees allowed to save seats inside the programming room?
Saving seats is not permitted therefore event coordinators will kindly request and require that fans move and sit together as closely as possible to make room for enough people to enjoy the programming as possible. Please arrive in advance of an event beginning with your entire party in line and ready to enter if sitting together as a group is a priority.
What if I have to leave to use the restroom?
Please speak to a Crew or Staff member as you exit so they can explain the reentry process. This may entail different types of protocol depending on the event and location: scanning out via a digital QR code, redeeming a physical rally ticket, wristbands etc. Please also monitor the mobile app and website for additional details regarding on-site protocol.
I can no longer attend. Can I cancel my reservation ticket so someone else has a chance?
Yes, login to the TIXR PIXL PASS system, open the main menu (i.e. the three horizontal lines in the top right corner) then select the “Badges” option. Proceed to de-select your programming reservations to release them from your account and return that opportunity to the public inventory.
I can no longer attend. Can I TRANSFER my reservation ticket directly to a person of my choice?
No but attendees can release their reservation to the general public and try to synchronize with another person so that they pick-up the reservation shortly after it's removed from their schedule. There is no direct and private method to transfer a reservation without going through the publicly accessible inventorty.
I accidentally cancelled my reservation ticket, can you add it back on for me?
Dream Con is unable to re-add reservations to your personal account under any circumstance especially if there is no quantity available and the capacity has been reached. Please seek other programming and activities.
If people leave during the programming can I wait in line to take their place?
That option is not available. Once the doors have closed and the room has reached capacity for an activity requiring RSVP please find alternative programming via the official schedule on the Dream Con mobile app. The logistical challenge of finding and filling abandoned seats is too difficult for seamless execution and is also distracting to audience members and on-stage facilitators.
how much does an rsvp ticket cost?
Generally, there is no additional cost to acquire a programming RSVP for a pre-purchased admission badge holder but the event description listed on the Dream Con mobile app and website will communicate any additional fees, administrative requirements, or other exceptions in advance of public release.
