Dream Con Celebrates 5 Years and a New Home!

Dream Con is excited to bring in its 5th year at a new location, the Austin Convention Center and Hilton Austin in Texas. Each year has been better, and of course, we are doing it even bigger for 2023 with over 20,000 attendees. Due to the high demand, the Austin Convention Center and Hilton Austin are the perfect venues with plenty of space to house all of the dope events, an exhibit hall full of artists and vendors, dodgeball,  gaming tournaments, and more.

Dream Con started five years ago in Waco, Texas and was built from the dreams of RDCWorld. Dream Con grew from a very small convention of 1,000 attendees, to taking over the Esports Center in Arlington with 6,000 attendees, to what will be our biggest convention yet. Fans around the world get to come to Dream Con to interact with others that share similar interests in anime, gaming, and pop culture. They also get to meet their favorite content creator, cosplayer, voice actor, and other industry members. At Dream Con, attendees get to create memories that will last a lifetime.
