Dream Con 2024 Industry Badge Application

• PROGRAM DESCRIPTION • Priority Applicant Deadline: May 31st at 11:59pm CST. Waitlist Deadline: Sunday, April 14th at 11:59pm CST. This invitation-only program is curated by Dream Con Staff and reserved for leaders across the anime, manga, sports, licensing, publishing, streaming, media, marketing, and merchandising worlds. Dream Con is proud to offer one (1) complimentary three-day admission badge to select persons with an active role in the production, development, or critique of creative industries such as television, film, books, music, gaming, animation, comics, content creation and more. If a group would like to experience the rewards/benefits of this program together, each person must submit their own individual application for review AND be approved by Dream Con’s executive leadership. No exceptions. Each member of your group/organization should submit an application for their own eligibility/consideration regardless of their position and affiliation: executive, managers, supervisors, hosts/talent, assistants, hair/makeup specialist, security, valet, personal chef, friend/family, videographer, photographer etc. Thanks for being a valued member of the Dream Con community.

• TERMS AND CONDITIONS • Like all attendees, Industry members must adhere to the general rules and policies established by Dream Con and the hosting venue(s) both on-site and via the internet. This exclusive program has limited availability and therefore BADGES ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO EVERY QUALIFYING APPLICANT. Any unauthorized submission will be nullified and removed. The benefits of this badge are limited solely to the personal use of the approved member that it was distributed to by Dream Con staff. The privileges of this badge are non-transferable and DO NOT extend to any additional individuals or groups associated with the aforementioned member. Each person must possess their own Dream Con staff-approved industry badge to participate in this program and redeem its perks/rewards/benefits. Recipients of this badge are NOT registered official special or featured talent of Dream Con. Recipients should not behave or present themselves as such in person or online. Industry members are not entitled to talent-related accommodations including, but not limited to, the green room, travel, lodging, per diems, security detail, advertisement/promotion etc. Industry members are not entitled to sponsorships, partnerships, or any financial compensation from Dream Con, RDCWorld or related affiliates/stakeholders. Violation of these terms and conditions will incur infractions up to and including being permanently banned from Dream Con and related events. Each badge is valid only for the year/duration of the event for which it is issued and then expires. Persons must inquire or reapply for consideration each year/new event to renew their eligibility. Returning industry members are not guaranteed membership renewal for each subsequent year/new event. Confirmations are issued on a rolling basis only to approved applicants. Rejected applicants will not receive updates and are encouraged to apply again in the future.

BENEFITS PACKAGE: 1.) Full standard weekend access during regular convention hours to all general Dream Con programming: main events, panels, tournaments, screenings etc. 2.) Access to Industry Lounge with featured entertainment, refreshments, and other amenities. Please note that this does not include the Green Room or other reserved or restricted areas; especially those designated for featured/special talent. 3.) Early access to Exhibit Hall 4.) Access to exclusive industry-only programming or events. NOTE: These DO NOT automatically include entry to exclusive panels/events for other special badge types. 5.) Option to host or participate in one (1) panel/event if within programming/venue guidelines and approved by Dream Con staff on or before June 15th at 11:59pm CST. NOTE: ALL PERKS/REWARDS/BENEFITS OF THIS PROGRAM ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT STAFF DISCRETION WITHOUT NOTICE.

EVENT DISCLAIMER: Per the policy outlined on the website and each badge’s product description, all badges must be picked up on-site at the venue with a valid photo ID. Please ensure the first name and last name listed above are entered as they appear on a valid photo ID. Our registration area is only permitted to verify and distribute tickets/badges to the names as the appear on the valid photo ID. This verification is only for registration. Any desired aliases may be used after pick-up. If a group would like to experience the rewards/benefits of this program together, each person must submit their own individual applications for review and approval by the Dream Con event leadership.
